Probably, the lights still need to be earthed

There are 2 proper earthing nuts (one either side) behind the rear boot plastic trim that the rear light earth's go to.

Don't tighten wheel nuts when they are hot. Don't try to be a hero. Go out and enjoy yourself.

The height of the harness bar isn't really the issue, it's the diagonal that goes through it. It's stops you from mounting the harnesses correctly to suit the hans devices as the harnesses need to be tapered together for the hans to work correctly. See how the new cage has the harnesses...

Are you holding the car on the brakes in the pits on changeover? Red hot coming off track, then holding on the brakes ain't gona be good for them.
