You must mean Mk2 Ph2 lights on a Mk2 Ph1. Yes, they do. A little rewiring is required iirc. Mk3's won't fit.

Minty McMint. Good plans to. I'd be upgrading the lights as well for either OEM Xenon clusters (pricey) or Xenon style halogen clusters. Think the latter are around £400 a pair from Germany.

I've just put in Osram Nightbreaker PLUS. The Nightbreakers were good, so I can only imagine these are better. Nice white light for a regular bulb.

Don't think Sky do replacements after a year. It's not like cable where you rent the box so get replacements as you need them.
