I could be the worlds greatest driver when it comes to driving in snow, but the fact is, there are always going to be tools who can't drive in the snow and they're the ones who will crash into you, for that reason, I won't be taking my car out in it.

Looks tidy, one of the better saxos out there, without chavvy lights and body kits. Standard grill would make it look ten times better, can't be doing with grills that try to fill in the gap where the badge should go.

Fewer of the 8v's made, so not cost effective to produce suspension parts for them? Can't tell you the technical reason behind it, just a logical one.

Pro race 1.2s, good wheels. Not that I'm biased. Need to get some decent tyres on mine though, was thinking toyo T1-Rs as they're only 180 for 4, but can't decide whether I'm willing to pay extra for yoko paradas.

Mines staying garaged for the duration of the snow. I didn't spend all that money repairing it, so that I'd crash it again.

Christ! It's buried! Wish we had that much snow, we've only had a couple of inches, so not enough to get the day off work :(

Biggest problem for me is reaching for the steering wheel, it's like the pedals are further forward than the wheel, and I find myself hunching to reach the gearstick aswell. I'm 6"5 aswell

Re: What would my car go for? Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you, my 182 was a Cat C write off, and I wouldn't expect it to go for any more than 2,500 if I ever sold it, which is why I'm never going to.

I was 19 with a 182 ...I didn't drive it till I was 20 though. Insurance is a waste of money, I wish I'd waited till I was older tbh
