You can get Vredestein Sportrac 3's in that size. They are very good. I have them on my car just now, and they always do well in tests. The user reviews on tyrereviews.co.uk rate them higher that the Sessanta's.

All costs like road tax and insurance should come off at the pumps when filling up, imo. Everybody has to fill up, so nobody can avoid it. 3rd party as basic, and if you want, a fully comp top up style system.
