getting BT infinity internet next week. my laptop can take a upgraded wireless adaptor to work with wireless-N routers but are they actually worth it? do they make any difference at all?

very dificult to do as it keeps ging straight to blue screen i suspect im going to have to buy one of those adaptors so i can take the hard drive out, save all my stuff then reinstall windows. i f**king hate windows, this laptop has been working fine for the past year and all of a sudden...
