Walbro? Hmmm. When I went looking at <------ 'that' VI, Steve mentioned a few times about one being fitted to it. Funnily enough, he never did give me an honest answer of its typical MPGs..... ;)

I'd had enough with COD4 after a while. The perks system was good, but it went too far, imo. The gimps ploughing 28-hours in per day simply had a massive advantage. Too much of an advantage to make it enjoyable to new comers, anyway.
Luckily, I've played COD4 on a LAN where we imposed our own...
Yep, the Dell Inspiron 15's are good all-rounders. Personally, I'd push the boat out a bit and get the one at £449. :)

Make sure you DO THE TUTORIALS. Seriously, if you don't - you'll get mullered and fecked off with it in no time. Doesn't take long to do, but the game is a little baffling if you jump straight in. :)

A definite thumbs up for me on this. Quality game. There are clearly some very twisted (yet talented) developers out there!
I agree that the audio is brilliant. The visuals aren't too bad either. :)

I just think it was released to sucker-in people like me. People that thought the Red Alert series was a great parallel to the C&C franchise and liked it's OTT presentation.
But RA3 to me looks graphically on par with C&C Generals - in fact, no - worse. The unit types are really cheesy - as if...
ARGH! It's awful. Absolute shiote. C&C Tiberium Wars is the much better game overall.
Make sure you check out Company of Heroes. My favourite RTS at the moment and only £18 for the full series....

Nice one. Seems to look/feel better than on GTR2, imo. Probably no difference at all in reality though. Linky below...

Roffles! Welcome to 2005?! :rasp:
BF2 was good, but as a game 2142 was far superior. Better maps more game modes, better commander and squad functionality and of course the Titan Mode - which added so much more tactical playing than merely capturing map points or grinding down the oppositions'...
To REALLY piss them off - fly straight to the enemy titan and hover around their flight deck. Easy pickings that way, but you definitely run the risk of being kicked. ;)
If the other team is switched-on as well, their engineers should immediately go into the aerial defense role. Managed a...
Fire away - 280+ hours put into it. ;)
The single biggest plus for 2142 is that you can still have a good deal of success with the entry level kit. It's nothing like the COD series where noobs get utterly slaughtered, because Mr. Prestiege One Million has a titanium AK-47 capable of firing...
Really liking the Clio 200 for some reason. I've never really been a fan of the 197 looks, yet this seemingly Mk3.5 Clio does appeal to me.
Looking forward to seeing one in the flesh.

That's my biggest gripe about the recent trends in the last 18 months to 2 year period. As a lot of games are now multi-platform to maximise revenue, the biggest slice of the pie goes to satisfying the need(s) of the GamePad Majority. That leaves us 105+key veterans out in the cold and often...
That's always the issue with downloadable content though. If all the other players don't have the same track/car/skin then it's likely to feck up. :(
I downloaded a pure white car colour for the Porsche GT2 in GTR2, but my m8 couldn't see it online. Shame really.

Look modded and very nice indeed with the black alloys. Parked outside a restaurant on Northgate St. this evening (well, last night now - lol).
Anyone?

Andy - I've only used BenQ ones at work a few years ago when 15" TFTs were common. They've been fine in the past, but I've not experienced any of their more modern kit so I couldn't really comment. :)

Andy - how about the following? You didn't mention if you wanted widescreen or normal aspect ratio though?

I cannot recommend Iiyama highly enough. Been using their monitors for about the last 8...
V.nice! The same colour as the one I saw on the road with garage plates on it. Definitely stands out from the rest of the traffic.
Will be interesting to see how long the fronts last when been driven hard. :)
Great car, m8. Would your dad swap it for my dad's Berlingo? ;)

+1
The problem you'll have in Word Lee, is the fact that the application treats the text as a TrueType font (for the most part) and has no concept of how a reversed view of that should look.
A paint appilication doesn't care. It just 'sees' what it sees and creates an identical opposite of...
