i think the point he was making is that you wont be able to use the tyre foam if you have a puncture, if the side wall is damaged. i can only assume this is because the foam will not form a good enough seal?

i think its a bloody high quote tbh. when i first insured my car (same as yours) i was 19 and it cost me £650. two years on and im paying £260, and yes i am the policy holder. no. as you can see, mine has come down £400ish in two years. im chuffed with that :)
