Certainly is, like Louis (or is it louise?) says above, you wont find a better tv for sensible money and plasma is better than LCD imo, and i dont own a plasma since i am too poor so i aren't biased.

Personally i would try and source a pioneer plasma with that budget, they have pulled out of the tv market earlier this year but they made, in many peoples opinion, the best tv's available. I think they pulled out because many preferred to buy an inferior £700 panel rather than a superior...

When i had my 1.2 with 182 wheels on i didn't declare the wheels. I did declare the suspension though, which you would have to do if you lowered it like you say you want to. But earlier you said your insurance wont allow mods!

The sort of people, in general anyway, who buy new cars either go for looks or performance. Most new car buyers will change after 3 years so they dont care about reliability, since its under warranty. Those that do care buy vag/honda/toyota and would never consider a french car, not anytime...
