I wouldn't bother really, you may free up £1-2K but you dont know about the other car and you spend that repairing it, getting it up to scratch. Whereas you know your car and that it is a good un.
Personally i wouldn't change to a 172 unless it was a ph1, which are really growing on me at the...
I gave up on my 1.2, changed so much in the year i owned it, most of the engine was new. Then the head gasket blew, and even though it was only £100 to get it sorted I chopped it in. Decided enough was enough.
Sometimes you've got to know when its time to give it up. Perhaps sell it and buy a...
Its about 20 minutes from my house, really lonely up there at night but it is a really amazing place. I used to go up there with friends just after i passed my driving test and we used to walk around the reservoir (to the right of the pic) in the pitch black, good times.
Always up there...
I had Bosch flat blades on my CS and found they missed a spot due to the curve on the windscreen, instead it smeared right in front of my face.
On the clio i have just bought standard Bosch wipers, I would of got halfords own (they are re-branded champion wipers) but they were out of stock.
Depends what you want it to do, and your budget.
Do you want bluetooth, DAB, multiple pre-outs, etc?
Give us a specification and we may be able to help :)
Presume most of us will be at the RR day anyway. I've rearranged my trip to wales to come home a day early to fit it in :D
Should sort something out for after then, maybe with more notice.
If anyone cares this is how i did it:
1) Heat up corner with hairdryer
2) Use a plastic bladed ice scraper to get into corner and start off removing the film
3) Using the hairdryer slowly heat up the film closest to where you are peeling it away and gently apply tension to the film. Dont pull...
Certainly is, like Louis (or is it louise?) says above, you wont find a better tv for sensible money and plasma is better than LCD imo, and i dont own a plasma since i am too poor so i aren't biased.
Further to my above post here is a TV i would get, free 5 year warranty too if yo collect from Essex (worth the trip ;) )

Also available with a lifestyle unit in the deals under it but that might be a...
Personally i would try and source a pioneer plasma with that budget, they have pulled out of the tv market earlier this year but they made, in many peoples opinion, the best tv's available.
I think they pulled out because many preferred to buy an inferior £700 panel rather than a superior...
When i had my 1.2 with 182 wheels on i didn't declare the wheels. I did declare the suspension though, which you would have to do if you lowered it like you say you want to. But earlier you said your insurance wont allow mods!
I had to get a bus today, after dropping the car off at the garage.
£1.70 for a 5 minute journey, 2.5 miles at most. And that was with the cheaper local bus firm that use banger busses, I was not impressed, last time i got on one of their busses their max charge was £1!
The sort of people, in general anyway, who buy new cars either go for looks or performance.
Most new car buyers will change after 3 years so they dont care about reliability, since its under warranty. Those that do care buy vag/honda/toyota and would never consider a french car, not anytime...
