it is if you know the right forums ;) its not illegal to replace the UEM chip, its when you write the .rpl file to the uem chip with a new IMEI on it, it becomes illegal

wrong you can just change the IMEI sadly ;) on phones these days you have to change the UEM chip in the phone which is near on impossible

yes i know, but if you rename you BT name as password 0 when you connect it says password 0, they hit accept and it says enter password and they enter 0 ;-) so then you know the password is 0
