Good quote! I guess I really need to test drive one first, before I get my hopes up too much. It's just when I see one (especially a 6 in Scotia White :approve: ) I just think they look awesome.

I don't like the 197 at all. No interest in swapping the 182 for one in the slightest. It might be a great car, but if that 'pang' of desirability isn't there when you see one on the road, then there's no point aiming for one, imo.
The only other current Renault car that makes my jaw drop is...
^^^^ - hi m8!
I'm from Ashton originally - and was over there today and just on my way back home. Mine's standard too, apart from the ITG panel filter.
Not too sure about a reputable exhaust place around A-U-L. I did have a straight-through pipe put on my PGGT before the 182 at a place over...
The RB 182 certainly was putting its foot down on the dual carriageway. I was a good 100 yards behind behind but couldn't get closer due to traffic.
Gave the 172 Cup driver the thumbs up and got the nod back in response on the other side of the road.
Either off here?

Of no particular order (except the No.1!)
Wings (Amiga) - in my opinion, the best Cinemaware game on the Amiga. Told the 'story' of an American pilot in the First World War. Some great dialogue in there and genuine feeling of you and your other pilots being totally out-numbered. Like nearly...
The difference being that those Starlets weighed a bit less than the 3 ton kerb weight of the Mk3 Clio.
Then they will add larger wheels, more cabin crap and before you know it, nearly all of the 'benefits' of that turbo will be counter-acted.

Cheers guys!
Is the dual quad core overkill then? I'd been looking at the dual core/dual CPU spec with 4GB of memory? Rich - same as you m8 - the 2.66Ghz versions. I don't think upping the speed to 3.06Ghz would make that much difference? Certainly for the hike in the price, anyway?
Would...
Right chaps,
I've been given the green light to get a replacement desk-based Mac for one of our designers. I could spend hours tweaking the pros & cons of PC hardware, but I know next to nothing in terms of Mac stuff!
Basically, the guy who uses the out-going Mac spends 99% of his time in...
Tunnel vision - that's all they've got. As long as that little stretch of tarmac that they can see ahead with their little piggy-eyed peepers is clear, then they are happy. Happy in the complete ignorance of the carnage and mayhem they are causing in their rear mirrors.
If second-hand M1...
Welcome m8!
182's seem quite robust in all honesty. I'm a bit anal with mine and change the oil every 6,000 miles and managed to get nearly 24k out of the front set of tyres.
I treat it like I would any other car. Let it warm up properly before seeing the far side of the rev-range, but...
Just the usual run to Blackburn Asda for me today, so it wouldn't have been me. Plus mine's filthy! ;)
Could have been Leeshez? Or I've seen an '05 black gold 182 a few times near the centre of Blackburn?

Must have spotted at least 6 different blue 182s there, yesterday. Some FF, some 182 Cups, some with stripes, others without?
Anyone on here? I don't think I spotted one CS sticker on the ones I saw....

Cool - I actually get to mention the 'R' word for once. It's usually me with the reposts.... ;)

The driver's side is a right pain in the ricker.
That's gone twice on mine and I dropped the first bulb down the front of the engine bay.
The passenger side has acres of space to work in, by comparison!

You may get away with it. My dual 7900GTX's under full load never drain more than 300w, according to the LEDs from the PSU. I know the 8800 series of cards are more demanding, but it shouldn't be too much.
My PSU is rated at 750w - a bit overkill for what I need it for!

It's the 'ol bitter and lager argument with Macs and PCs. Never the two agree! ;)
Must admit, for £1,169 though, the PC spec you could afford would be very good indeed.

I went Akasa recently, Griff...

Look for the Evo 120 v2 model (stupid website doesn't give a direct URL) and that's the one I have. Seems to be working brilliantly at the moment. :)
