Sam mis-quoting me there ;)
I said that modern oils don't burn black like old oils used to, so you can't tell if it's burning it so easy. Normally by checking the back bumper, if it's littered with residue, it's an indication of sorts.
Have you checked it's not pooling on the top of the lower...
Great work. I can't help but think by not following the guides so accurately you've made a bit more work for yourself than necessary, but you've done a great job so far.
Seriously? Those on the z4 forum sell their nearly new run flats for enough to cover the cost of new non run flats most of the time! That is normally 18's though.
You're not miles away from JD are you?? Clapham? I have spare BMW wheels.
I'd say you'd probably get 650-800 for a full set of 6mm tread runflats with no issue.
There's no need to save up mate, borrow some wheels off someone, the RFT's will sell for FORTUNES on ebay, enough to buy new proper tyres. Sorted.
I'd rather get that done that have a wheel crack and cry all the way to the bank.
Right, I've had a look. At a guess you're looking for a sticker for your engine cover.
Here's the Link to Ady, the graphics man.

And here's BTM that you were looking for with regards to airbag light problems...
That looks superb mate, are you concerned about the wheels cracking with the runflats (iirc you said it had them)? Many of the new bimmers have this issue.
If you're really struggling, stand on the hub with one foot, and stick a thin screwdriver in the hole when it's close. It's a lot easier than getting the bolt in and you should be able to lever it from there.
Get one person to lever the hub down, whilst person two pulls at the shock and gets one bolt in. Once one is in, you're fine. It's better to do one than the other but I can't remember which way, sorry.
Also, make sure the top mount isn't tight tight, or it'll be a pig.
Oh, of course. See if you can enter the forum, and view all the trader pages. You should be able to post within each individual traders section, but not within the "traders" group forum itself.
I'd get on the phone to google if you can.. I don't know if they even have that sort of service, but they're customer side is supposed to be OK. Get into a proper conversation and explain. If they can remove it from the search it'd be a start.
Roy, let it do 100-0 then back to 100 again at least once a month. Purely because you'll find that 50% lasts longer.
I know if I don't do it to mine occasionally, 1% can last like 3 hours of usage!
