From what ive heard there pretty decent.
Like i said mate, i think there pricing it to not to have to do it.

According to what the lad said he reckons (all without looking properly ofcourse) That there may be damage to the gearbox also as the driveshaft took a pretty bad hit..

Hey guys, just off the phone to the assesor and the car is being classed as an un-economical repair. He estimated the damage at around £4000 unbelievably... :(
It remains to be seen what the insurance company will now offer me for it.

My alarm on my Phase 1 was a pain in the arse aswell mate, if you opened the door too quickly the thing went nuts, had to leave it 30 seconds then open and lock it then open it again, useless it was :(

Civic has 166bhp/ton
and the Cup 170bhp/ton
To say one would beat the other would purley be down the the driver and not the power of the engine imo

Even in the event they could identify somthing on the road id still be at fault regardless unless you could firmly say where and what it came from then you have no chance.
Insurance are such a struggle id be suprised if this is sorted before xmas
