well, all work is relative and depends on what you want done or what you want from your engine.
basically, head work is about sorting flow for the neccesary application. a full race head designed to purely flow as much as possible wont work very well with rd cams and std injection....infact...

to make it simple, i would choose your cam wisely. Most people go too wild then decide it wasnt such a good idea. So, choose the one you want, then go for the one below it. If you really want to go bonkers, some cams with high lift will require...
hmm..they are stuck on, but i would of though that it was perfect. we got a tool that we have to use when stickin on teh badge. Its a smal peice of plasic that is shaped on one side the like the bottom of the renault badge, and theother side is shaped to fit teh sport badge, so it can only go on...
