You'd have thought with the size of the yanks, having two big doors would be preferential, even if you could only get (very young) children in the back.
That's what I found when I left college, I was going to go to uni and do a automotive design course but after the interview, where they explained how specialised you'd get in the third year, and if you managed to get a good job, that's all you'd do, I decided to do regular design with a view of...
I'd still rather the 'rari :rasp:
Impressive though, whilst I realise the power to capacity (when you start moving up in engine size) isn't that impressive, surely 200bhp from a 1.0 3 cyl is rather impressive indeed. Especially considering it claims to have not had "major" work.
All that...
It needs more then a little jiggle if I'm honest. You can get any old rear springs I think, as long as they're the same rating-ish.
I have a purple set in the garage that I have NO idea about, but you're more than welcome to try them to see if they cure the noise?
You're not local to me are you Mark? We could investigate this pretty easily.
I'd be jacking it up via the beam, then shaking the exhaust about.
Then unbolt the shocks one at a time and check if they're nice and tight with moving up and down, not got any side to side movement etc...
Now that's how to get traffic! Even if it wouldn't stick around.
How about www.ThroughTheLankyLense.com

My place specialised in Merc's, BM's and Porsche's, the manager (rather young tattooed bloke which surprised me) gave me his card the day I arrived to pick up the car, he said any issues at all with the car and we'll sort them out.
I drove away from the garage and my passenger window reg...
My paintwork is guaranteed for three years, so if I were to become happy with the match it'd go back FOC. I'm sure this will be the same.
FYI, once the car was at the garage, I no longer spoke to the insurance and spoke direct to them.
Even now infact, the car is going in to have the passenger...
I really enjoyed that Dan, your video skills are improving for sure! (no offence) weren't you doing one of the unit? :rasp:
I had no idea Rosie Jones was there, FFS I'd have ditched the mrs and been on my way.
Really like the logo idea, maybe a few tweaks, but I'd keep that, it's pretty memorable.
Perfect.
Dan, sell to Brian. Dan, buy from Luke.
EDIT: Dan - Regarding my pony photos, I have others, a couple of OK ones of Lukes, and one I actually like of Tom's car, but Luke's car was a secret and Tom's photo showed his fog light, so I wasn't allowed to post it..
I wish I didn't delete PM's....
Dan - Did you have the new style Renault Sport mats in your Ph1?
Rob - Yes, they're superb, get some from wests.
Dan - Hi Wests, I'd like some 197 mats please
Fast forward to unit day:
Rob - Dan, why did you order 197 mats?
Dan - Because it was far to...
Behave.
Fitting renault sport seats, don't delcare. They're just Renault seats.
Fitting a "sport" spoiler, don't declare.
I bet you £9,000,000 you couldn't identify if the spoiler came on the car from new or not.
Wow, you've really gone somewhere with this.
I absolutely love it mate, it's pretty much perfect. Great job.
If you're over my way (or even the 'close' side of essex) anytime soon give me a shout, I'd love a passenger ride.
I've tidied this up, it's due to be an awesome thread so lets try to keep it on topic and stay away from personal arguments.
Chip was asking question, we all know chip likes to ask questions, but it's the answers to those questions that make this interesting.
We can all read a magazine where...
Hello, look at my ph1 > ph2 dash guide.
The ph1 and 2 bits come out quite similarly. The centre console is very easy to remove, like three screws if that. No complications.
