Sounds like a coil pack, i take it your cars mis-firing? Does it sound like its running on 3 cylinders?
Also check the spark plugs and HT Leads. It could also be a faulty injector matey!
Hope this helps
Last night driving like an absolute prick.
Well done for under taking me and speeding through the roundabout like a total arsehole.
I hope that felt good you f**king tosser...:dead:
And its ONO?
Nah not quite right for me, as Alan says its about 700 under what he should be looking for. If it is genuine then it make a cracking car for track work!
Can anyone confirm please, its for a HID kit im picking up tomorrow.
I understand that the 3 pronged bulbs are H4 and the two pronged bulbs are H7?
Can someone with a Phase 1 please confirm this for me please!
Regards

Everything you need, front and rear brake pads with discs can all be had for less than £65.
Think the rear bearings are around £15 uurc
Thats what i was thinking, in total there were 1357 registrations of Phase 1's.
Take away any that have been written off (and by that i mean completley totalled and never brought back to life) How many are left? Id be suprised if it were above 1000 tbh.
Heres all the colour listings in...
Yesterday around lunchtime.
Had a carbon front splliter and red-callipers.
Also nituced that the rear tyre was a little flat, although looked nice!
Anyone?
Re: ***How much is my car worth?***
Im unsure mate as i see examples with 70k+ going for £2450-£2850 and mines has 52,450 miles on it so im pretty unsure. In July id have taken no less than £3350 but i know shes probaly worth less now.
Id need to have a wee think about it as the markets...
Right so phoned Renault this morning and im pleased to announce that she is infact an Iceberg rather than a Titanium as i originally thought.
Paint codes is 640 lol, oh well, ever rarer than i thought being 1 0f 99 :o
Definatley not mate, i took a paint depth reader when i bought it and it made consistent reading of depth across the car. Im in no doubt the car has never been in so much as a scrape, and if it has then the repair was really very good.
I know its a bluey silver, the titanium is a more solid...
Hmmm, august you say? That actualy might suit me tbh.
Alan and Rory on here can vouch for the condition (Rory very nearly bought it in August just past)
Ill need to have a wee think about what i really want, i change my mind more times than the weather:S!
There is no code number inside the door, i initally thought it was Titanium (as so many of them are) But recently polished it and the way the light was hitting it was suggesting otherwise.
What other way can i find out? Chassis No?
Dan.
Ive got a Phase 1 172 and am thinking of seling up for no other reason than i fancy a trophy. Mines is in damn nigh on perfect if im being honest. Its only got 52k on the clock but id still expect no less than £3000 tbh.
I know people slate them and whatever and say there dated and whatever...
