Very impressive. It's clearly a labour of love! Jap parts demand a fair premium, so i rather you than me.
Good work tho and attention to detail! Need to pop in and see it next time i pass Scumdee!
Personally not a big fan, prefer the UK edition...(Which nobody else does)
The gruppe M is such a wonderful looking piece of kit. Considering ones for mine!!! Hummmm.
Warren, in reality, 20mph for a 3.0l+ car is not that bad (Urban) I get roughly the same in both the M and V6. 18-20. You can't incl. MPG in this arguement. Also handling, and i appreciate that you have driven one, but again they are not nearly as bad as you're making them out to be. Even on OEM...
Not fast - Does over 160mph, Cost alot to run - Will avg 30mpg on a long run; 350 to a tank. Doesn't handle...is that speaking from experience? No praticality, no s**t!
Stop bating ya camel. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean others choose to agree.
Whats amazing about them, i'll summarise:
Very Rare (Limited production, with 360ish units sold to the UK market)
A 2 seater, rear engined clio, a 3l V6 at that
The noise and presence of a supercar for...
To be polite, that looks horrific!!! The wheels especially! The one above looks better. Although only marginally. The lower bumper insert, the interior...Shockingly bad!
Now, to perk up this thread, whats the story with the liquid yellow V6?!
We run 15w50 in the racecars, (summer, sustained high temps/revs) going on the data above, that suggests we're doing it all wrong? Never had any issues?! I also run 15w50 in my road car. Never had an issue.
Absoutely ruin's! I would question 610bhp from that motor. Esp given that the open filters will lose you power. Even the 2k Gruppe M, loses power. Brakes are about 6k, only bit worth having. So a car worth 30+5....hummmm
