Is there a part number for this washer just incase I need it? Also is the bearing the same both side or does it have a rubber bit, as below, the whole way round You can kinda see it

As mini valver said, replace TDC. Renault revised the item a few years back so you'll need to chop into the loom.

Memories coming back, doesnt the washer have the little bit of rubber around it on the back? Haven't tried prising it out, I'll just wait till I get it on the press!

7200 is standard! 7500 is recommended, power band will replicate this as far as I know which moves Max Power higher up the revs, probably to around 7000-7200

Yes, I noticed this too! On a drive in 5th gear at 60 I'm getting nearly 5mpg better! Just got mine done and driving back from town I got 48mpg 5th gear at 50 for ten miles! That's awesome lol!

Could do it in 1.5 days tops and having it running on a base map easily! Get two people on it and you'll do it in a day very easily!
