Touch ups never a good idea on anything imo, moisture gets in and itll just look tatty. Reputable powdercoat place should suffice!

Id love to say all no go and no blow but honestly the Saxo VTR is quicker than your 110bhp clio down to the power to weight ratio. 0-60 is 8.9 (claimed). The saxo weighs 935kg's less than a ton so the ratio you can forget it...
