As far as I know it's not locked. Got the RS tuner 98 RON map on mine and can revert back to the standard map if I want.

Ah that sucks tuner was set to sec_cm. Went through all the tuner options in the hidden service menu and still nothing so wrong hardware makes sense. Got an old freebox box but it doesn't have hdmi so will need to get another.

Had something similar when I put f1s on mine. With wheels off screw the bolts all the way in on the hub to make sure they are going all the way through.
