    Hold down both buttons until the Apple logo appears and then plug it in.

    You can't transfer from iPod to iTunes. Well not without extra software. Plug it in. It will ask you to sync with it and wipe her iPod and then you can add your stuff.

    I gave up :( I was busy and get a few behind lost the motivation for it! Will start again Jan 1st but not with a stooooopid numbers theme this time :o
