    you should see some of the roll cages we see, unqualified people have had a go and wolloped it full of MIG an ugly weld is normally a s**t one! (not 100% true but welding has to be pretty)

    panel filter is a waste of money, stick to standard, also stick to NGK PFR6E-10 plugs pm maynard (GSF manager dude) he'll sort you out cheaper than anyone else by a mile

    they're wrong (well the computer system is) you need to look back on the old system and the 172 cup rear shock crosses over to the same as the 182 CUP rear shock

    with an engine included that quote of cira £1500 ain't far off TBH, (with new clutch, cambelt kit, aux kit, dephaser, fluids etc etc)

    they're fitting a clutch to a 172/182 for £350? wow! Martin you saw the cam timing yourself at mine the pin was in the correct slot!

    its 1.5 hours tops even for a blind mechanic with no arms

    wasting your money doing the wheel alignment straight away IMO, we always leave them to settle for a few weeks first (and no that won't ruin your tyres)
