The Recaros were a fairly expensive option for a limited time iirc. They crop up for sale every now and again, around £800ish normally. No idea on the headrest part but the standard seats are comfortable enough. I guess it just depends what you're used to.

For a start its D90, not D90 VR. It will be in the setting somewhere, on the camera. You'll need photoshop to open those files as it's shooting in RAW.
