Cheers mate :) and no not really. I did buy some side strips which came off a 172 so all I had to do was spray them really instead of getting rid of the textured feel on the standard black blastic ones. Yeah mine are on coilovers, I think the 20mm spacers on a 40mm drop would be fine tbh...

It's coming along nicely now mate, new wheels look much better. Really like the black roof and spoiler as well :) Only thing you need to do now is colour code the bumpers and side strips :p

Maybe if they weren't as wide and smoothed/blended in to the original body work it'd look half decent, but that just looks terrible :dapprove:

Is there any way of seeing if a strut fits without actually fitting it? I don't want to start welding/bolting on brackets and then finding they're too far apart or the bonnet won't close properly :/

I wonder if a normal boot strut would do the job? Can easily find one and attach it to a bracket or whatever. Hmm :)
