Yeah man!! Still the b****cks!!! I'm not 100% sure on the Capri RS 3100 tyre rear spoiler, not seen that on an Escort before, but it looks pretty good!
You can still have a 182 with a couple of kids.
Petrol blue is a very rare colour. I'd think hard about selling it (soz to all the sharks out there lol!)
I reckon they should have let us have them in RHD from about 2005 onwards. I've seen current 5.0 one in RHD and I like it, but they're a bit old hat now.
The Ecoboost and now this electric one don't appeal to me what so ever.
I much prefer it how it is now without the big spoiler, I know that's how they were and you have it, bit kind of ruins it now.
Get the rear brake light removed and filled as that boots from a phase 3 car. The exhaust is a bit max power lol! But I'm sure you'll change it.
I saw a grey 'maxxed up' VW Caddy last night with nice big wheels & brakes etc, lowered with a number plate ending in DSG. I thought it looked great! It was a diesel smoker but it looked nice. I looked it up and it's a 2011 on almost 200k.
It's a no brainer that if a car's recently been fully resprayed, it's going to be mint.
If you keep it for the ten years like you plan to, it won't make much of a difference then (like those Escorts you mention)
I'm not knocking it. But it's only mint now as it has had work done and paint. It certainly was not mint when TEG bought it and it was the technicolour dream car!
The wheels are like rocking horse s**t now! I remember 'back in the day' when they were about £500 a set (whenever they came up for sale, usually because they were either nicked, or the geezer had put Rondell's on)
A purple flip Porsche 991 GT3 earlier, with reg GT03 XBT. It looked fantastic!
And the other day a woman driving a Yellow V reg Golf 'Colour Concept' Convertible with yellow centre Recaro's and BBS wheels. I've not seen one like that in years.
They're €60 plus shipping, but you had to have pre-ordered it and paid for it by the 1st November. All you'll find now are people punting them on eBay for a profit.
Try here, it'll be about £65 (with the eBay discount code PRISTINE) and delivery is €10.50
