Re: Found a MAJOR Problem with iOS5 on my iPhone! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! - SMS LIMIT!
Can I not get new ones to just overwrite existing old ones??
If I actually have to do something I won't be best pleased.
FFS, I now know that my phone is at Vodafone Eltham, but I can't go and get it because I need an appointment, I can't phone to get an appointment because they don't give out store numbers... so I'm sat here waiting for them to call me.
Raging.
Thing I didn't like is that I made a @me email, then it ended up running two accounts on the phone, then I've had to try and link my @me to my itunes and remove my @gmail address I had... even ended up deleting all my contacts at some point by accident, thankfully a backup saved me.
It's a bit...
Upload your images to a site such as www.photobucket.com (you have to make an account, but it's free) then you can add them to the forum by copying the "[IMG]" code.
Firstly, I know I can untick them, but why should I have to? I just wanted to have the apps I had before!! FFS.
Newstand needs to be be in a god damn folder because it needs to be in my "useless s**t" folder!!! I'll do the "hack" thing now.
I want to burn iOS5 with fire.
Why can I not put news stand in a folder? DIE!
Not only that, but why is itunes trying to sync every app I've ever downloaded onto my iphone???? DIE!
Jesus Christ this is stressful.
Can someone help quick please?
Housemate just installed iOS5 on his 3GS, restored and has lost all his apps? Any way of getting them back without manually finding them again?
EDIT: He created a new apple ID and it's all gone to tits.
Utterly fuming with vodafone, completely incompetent shop staff.
I was informed that I could pre order in one store and pick up from another as it would come in with their pre orders, this isn't true, so instead, my phone is now being shipped to this other store as if it's a customers address...
This is driving me mental.
Can't upgrade my work phone because it's synced to my work laptop which I left at work and now I'm on a site on mobile BB so can't download it, no point in upgrading my current phone last night as it's sold and I'm posting it tomorrow! FFS.
You've been reading the company handbook haven't you? ;-)
Just been down there and checked, the store does now exist, despite not being on the voda site and being boarded up on streetview. Problem is, the fact I can't contact the store means I have no way to check if my phone's there or not, so...
Phoning them would be honestly lovely, except Vodafone actually have the worst customer service setup EVER!
Firstly, there are no store numbers, at all, you cannot contact a store without walking into it.
Secondly you call up and get some tit in India, who claims to be English but cannot speak...
I'm exactly the same as you Tom, everything I ever bought when I was younger was Sony, purely because I wanted it to be the best. That really doesn't seem to be the case any more (quite sad really).
I almost went for the Bravia when buying a new TV but fortunately chose the LG instead, thank...
