Exactly what Gaz said... you cant disable a car whilst its moving.. sometimes even when the ignition is on! What if the car stops on a railway crossing and stalls?! who is liable for that persons death? Sorry.. but you cant disable a car whilst its going along, so i have to disagree with you...
