Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
just waved goodbye to my 3G. I'm now rolling with my sim card in my wallet. Lol, I've only got some piece of crap Nokia phone at home with no charger.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
I'm going for 32GB, but at that price I'll go back on contract. I can afford to buy, but I'd rather pay a bit more on my p/m than shell out £600 outright on a phone. I want an iPad maybe also and I'm planning a substantial PC...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
but you need to weigh up which deal makes most sense surely? The phones are likely to be very costly, especially 32GB which I'm after.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
there won't be much point in pre-ordering one from Apple without knowing what O2's tarriffs are going to be . . .
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
not that fussed tbh, backing up my 3G now before sending it off to O2 Recycle tomorrow.
Quite a good deal methinks, £190 for a 3G 16GB and I get to keep the charger and headphones.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
thing is on my O2 simplicity i get something like 1200 mins, 1400 txt, unlimited data, it also doesn't charge me for MMS for £20p/m
So i'll be better off buying outright most probably.
Self Built PC 1: Intel Quad Core 2.4Ghz, 4GB RAM, 768MB 8800GTX, 2.3TB, 2x 20" TFTs (Widescreen)
Self Built PC 2: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, 2GB RAM, 512MB 6800GT, 2 x 17" TFTs
Have a work laptop also (Dual Core with 3GB) but next to never use it.
I used one for a short while again yesterday, was more impressed with it tbh, the weight is still surprising, but I can see myself maybe purchasing one. I'll sort my iPhone 4 out first though.
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
so am I correct in thinking the best option for me (on a £20 approx 1200min/1200txt unlimited data simplicity plan) is probably going to be to just buy the phone outright and stay on simplicitiy as I am?
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
so basically if I'm on a £20 simplicity tarriff at the moment I may as well look at it as if I am a 'new' customer. Are they going to be changing the simplicity tarriff across the board? As currently I get over 1200 mins and a...
Re: iPhone 4/iOS4 Info (Read this before starting more threads)
Ok, I'm getting really confused here.
I was on an 18 month £35p/m contract on my 3G, the contract finished so I went onto simplicity. At the time this meant I got a stupid amount of minutes and texts that I nowhere near ever...
used one for the first time today, wasn't that impressed to be honest, didn't get much time with it but it was heavier than I was expecting and it did just feel like a big iPhone, that said I will still probably end up getting one because that's just me, I'm just not going to rush out and get one.
