    I had the opposite problem with O2, they asked if I wanted insurance, I said no but they continued to put me down for it and started charging for it, I soon put them right though.

    Put all the files into a ZIP file and password protect just the one ZIP file? A lot of it will depend on just how secure you need it to be though!
