I've got std bulbs but brand new headlights that are perfectly aligned & set up (failed MOT so put right by the tester:approve:) and I get flashed by other drivers :eek: so yes other drivers are tits :mad:

I've had the bores measured today and the good news is that the block hasn't had a re-bore, it is a bit worn but not excessively, so I'll be ordering some 83mm pistons & getting the block re-bored to fit them :D

I've got a 2.0 litre megane block and a 5l bottle of mobil1 in the boot of my pug :D As for my clio's boot......it's got half the interior in thats had to be removed to beat out the bent panels :(

I did notice how coked up the head was & was quite surprised but not too bothered as the whole thing is being rebuilt with new parts & obviously a proper map I'll be getting a rebore as well, I just need to measure the cylinders to see which pistons I need to get as I don't want to go too far...

You'll need a new head gasket, new head bolts & a cam belt, big(ish) job but not too difficult to tackle yourself and afaik the ecu should be a straight swap

Unlucky :dapprove: My m8 done something similar last week to his Vee :nono: scraped a shedload of fresh paint off the bottom of the bumper :lolup: Oh how I laughed - 2 mins after picking it up from a respray as well - UBER FAIL!
