Another recommendation for Recoat up in Glasgow, done a top job on my wheels. Think it looks good but wish I went for a slightly lighter colour with a bit of metal flake in it now. Just realised that my car looks a bit blue depending on the light, pics of ma tractor...

Well maybe chunk is an exaggeration, more of a scrape to the lip of the alloy and a chunk of rubber missing from the tyre. Anyway it's still not good :(

Can anyone tell me how to remove the trim at the bottom of the doors? Managed to undo it a bit by pulling at it but it's still held on by something, are there any bolts? Why does wiring up a sub have to be so difficult, doesnt help when it starts bucketing it down :mad:

ok just got in and opened my nice new sub :) Didn't realise 4 gauge was that thick! Are there any guides on installing amps? Just need to know what I need to take the trim apart so I can run the cables through. Hope it stays dry tomorow...

Was thinking the false floor would need to be bolted to the boot to the boot anyway to stop the whole thing from flying off, so prob just gonna bolt the sub straight to the boot floor. Will pop down to b&q at the weekend, how long do you recon the bolts need to be?

anyone used these straps? http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/maystar-straps-p-1088.html look simple enough but not sure if these will be strong enough to stop the sub from flying through my windscreen

Just looking to see how everyone has secured their sub in their boot, pics would be great. Was going to get some mdf to make a false floor and then screw (??) my sub onto this. Cheers
