Make sure it's had it's cam belt changed and there's a receipt for it ideally from a specialist. It's well overdue if it's not been done. A £300 job from a specialist.

It just depends on what head unit you buy and obviously the right connections for the Clio. Iirc the lead I needed was £20 for a Sony head unit.

The donut who had my cup before me put a 13" steel wheel in as a spare. Don't quite think that's gonna work too great

If your suspension is non cup you'll get more like 30mm. Don't forget a cup is already 10mm lower then standard ;)

I got mine from demontweeks but you have to ring up for the cliosport.net discount. I paid around £130. They dropped my cup around 15mm

I hope to god that the strips are not painted on!! As said if it's as he describes then all is good but looking at the photos he couldn't be bothered to wash it for the advert photos so I'd be a little sceptical without seeing all receipts and done by a specialist on the belts etc

Mine used to creak the same when I was on full lock. Changed my top mounts to solid ones and creaking stopped.

You'll have to drop the struts to put the bolts in unless your using self tappers.

The only pain in the ass bit is getting the top mount nuts undone. Give it a go yourself. I'd never tried anything like that before I did mine. Was pretty easy tbh. I just followed the Fubar guide and enlisted the help of a male friend. All was done in a couple of hours.

Last time I cleaned the car it was clayed using meguiers quick clay kit which I highly recommend. Then I used srp then egp then I used poor boys nattys blue wax. Egp is a pain in the ass when it's hot and srp is dusty as. But to be fair it brought the cars paint work up at treat and it's still...

It's not really a paddock tbh. All the clios will be parked together that are on the stand where everyone can get to. We will all either be there or on the top corner. Can't wait for tomorrow now. The sun is gonna be shining like my car ;)
