Dont think you will crack 200bhp without ITB's etc. You will be looking at 180-190bhp maybe? Depends what you have now i suppose.

just bodies= 200bhp - £2800 Bodies and cams=Around 220bhp - £3800 ish Bodies cams, pistons, rods and headwork=240bhp maybe - £5000 maybe Is it worth it, its your money :)
