£2800 is a good price for a turbo. They wont do 30% discount if they want to make money. There a business after all.
Id probably pay more and go to ktec though.

I think matched inlets and RSTuner would be a good start.
Maybe coilovers, something like vmaxx, or the ktec kit if your only doing the occasional track day.

just bodies= 200bhp - £2800
Bodies and cams=Around 220bhp - £3800 ish
Bodies cams, pistons, rods and headwork=240bhp maybe - £5000 maybe
