Nope it's fully gassed up. The light comes on when I press the button & the revs drop a bit, but it doesn't engage.

Get an RS grille for it, done.

Drill some small holes (pilot holes) then go bigger, it probs best to tape the thing on to the car or get a mate to help as going it alone will be hard.
