Although that seems a bit complex for what I want, thats so you can control 2 PC's.. Its only 1 PC, but my TV and Monitor.. So dont really need to be plugging a mouse/keyboard into it..

Ctrl + Shift + U. Desaturate.
Duplicate the layer, then on the top layer, select the car and delete it. Then Ctrl + Shift + U. The top layer will be colourless and the car will show through from the layer below and still be in colour.
Thats the easiest way.
