Im planning on getting a coilover kit (next week hopefully) that i will be able to lower it between 30-70mm... but if i go 60mm, will it mean that i cant get over speed bumps properly without scraping my undercarrage??

are 16" tyres expensive then? what sort of price difference would it be for them instead of 15 tyres? and im planning on lowering it 40/50mm
