For the money it's ok...For an extra couple of quid i'd say Menzerna PO85 RE5 is far better. Use that on a black megs finishing pad. Bingobango! Rich uses EGP & SRp coz it bought it in METRIC GALLONS! lol
it's ok. White and black is passe now. Done. Wheels need to be silver not shadow chrome. great mods tho.
lol! shuttit! your porka cost 70k new! The wee M was rimming you the whole way!
Aye but i don't rate either. BIN EGP it's shocking. SRP on PC...Pointless imo!
3-6in pads for different area's! Not sure where you buy PC's now I got mine off an old CS member. 182_blue he's a mod over on DW.
1. - Is the g220 a good bit of kit for a beginner or is there better out there that will give better results???
I heard they had alot of problems with them. Had my PC 2yrs and it's been grand no issues.
2. - The paint on my car is quite soft so what sort of pads/polishes should i be...
humm...Sounds interesting. yeh met paul's many moons ago! When they had the old unit in leeds! Racing down the high street to test the 8000rpm limit was an interesting experience...
Wrap it in carbon film to be a tart! ;)
Agree with keepin the rollers consistent. Although considering Pauls is a Harsh roller his read about 20brake MORE than Falklands on Chic megane the other weekend! Bizarre!
I had one of the first generation Maxogens for the 172. Loved it! great bit of kit, so i'm confident of ITG's build and performance gains. Let us know how you get on.
Ik's don't need a forced supply...just a consistent cold supply so that why i never put mine anywhere near the grill. If you not interested in the gucci factor i'd suggest putting a pair of tights over the CAF.
Is it though...What makes the Maxogen a great design is it's route to cold airspace, granted they've done the best they can with the 197 space and relocated TB....But i can't see it being much more efficient that a stock carbon box filter with a feed...
Ah well...Just my thoughts. I'd be...
I would be seriously worried about that sucking up water!! Moisture etc.
IMO not as wonderful as that of the old 172/182 Maxogens design. Looks pretty cheap in comparison to the carbon unit also!
Just my opinion.
