After the 205 i got a Mk1 Golf Gti campaign & had the engine rebuilt along with a full body respray,it was the 1.8 engine.
Found one more of the 205 also.
My first Proper Hot Hatch was my 1.9 205 Gti,loved that car & still one of my top fav cars,I think they have one of the best profiles side & back on a car.

Yeah good place just crap to get to & hardly any room for parking.
Yeah we have accommodation all booked up & not heard anything from them yet but fingers crossed it will still happen,its not till sept time we go.

Little update,i fitted the new geo kit this morning,was not to bad of a job & brushed the bearings with a coat of ACF-50.
Once all done i had time to pop down to Tyre Smart to have the Wheel Alignment done,i obvs took it easy on the way there as alignment was well out.I got it set up as a fast...
Nice to see another Titanium build thread mate & engine bay looks good,im doing the same kind of colour combo on mine.
With the interior sticky parts,best bet is to replace them with non sport items.Exactly the same but without the sticky covering,ive done all of mine inside.
Thanks mate & Yeah i do love the turinis & will get them re painted soon.Cant make my mind up which i like best,but to be honest im leaning more towards the Turinis.

A tiny little upto,over the easter weekend i decide to take all the scuttle panel off to do the trim restore using Gtechniq C4 & other trim parts.
I first gave all the trim parts a clean with Hot Water,Fairy Liquid & Multi Purpose cleaner.Lucky were having great weather as all parts dried off...
Been a couple of times now on the way to work or home a Clio Trophy,not caught the reg but seen on the A120 between Birchanger Roundabout to Stortford Tesco road.
Spotted each other both occasions
To be Honest im not 100% with the wheels,wheels them self look great but not sure on the 182.I may get the Turinis re painted & put them back on,will see or get a set of 2118's in Silver.
Will do the same mate makes sense as can remove on off easily then for reg cleaning @DomP182
Finally got round to giving the 182 a proper clean & detail since owning it.
First off was Tar Off the a go over with Fall out Remover then washed with Auto Glym then dried off.Once all dry moved to the shade for Clay,Polish,Glaze Wax,then Normal Wax.Then Glass Polish,trim restorer,Tyre Gel &...
Just went with silver as its a silver car & black would stand out & i have thought about doing flange bolts & may do at some point.
No i will be strengthening the jacking points once the lock down has been lifted mate @MLB
