It goes through the grommet in the bulk head (where a big bunch of wires are)
Start at the engine end first & work to the back of the car. Once it's in th eboot then tidy up.

I reckon you need to up your budget a bit, the amount you want to pay you will only get a rough one (or one with a lot of miles on it) If you got say £ 500 - 800 more then you'd be looking at better cars.
Which wheels are in the best condition ? From a dealers point of view they will wanta standard car, but if two tyres need replacing it might not be beneficial to do that.
