I had to replace one of these on my old 172. Pain as the bolt came out but the sensor broke needing the 'pole' bit in the hub drilling out. It didn't put up much of a fight against the drill though.

I've not long bought the lg from Argos, it's a very good tv in my opinion (I'm no expert though). HD channels are crisp and clear, the sound isn't too bad for a thin flatscreen, wifi and internet based as well for apps etc and it's way better than my last lg which was about 5 years old and felt...

I nearly lost a thumb trying to remove the gearknob in my 172. Worth the effort and that was to fit a richbrook knob.

The best (imo) is a phase one gearknob, nice feel and weight and looks really nice.

Congrats on the purchase. I'm wanting another 182 and my budget won't stretch to another petrol blue and I'm looking at arctic blue myself. It's such a nice colour when clean.

WOrse case I paid a mobile locking nut removal guy £30 to get my old ones off. Can't for the life of me find the info on him but he welded a nut on from the back of his van. He was from over your way!

Why not throw a replacement engine in (eBay etc) and then trade it in. Surely that would be better cost wise?

Decat it, it doesn't make that much difference that your neighbours will be out for your blood. Then just have someone weld some nuts or similar to the cat to put on for the mot. As long as it holds for all of 2 hours it will be fine.

I fitted gmax which are probably very similar to my 172, that looked awesome and drove pretty well. Handled nicely but I never took it on track. God I miss that car!!!!
