hi all, just wondered how much i should expect to pay to have springs fitted? im wanting to do them myself, but it involves borrowing some of the tools, and then probably messing it up!! any ideas or suggestions please feel free!!

Does it not have the adverse effect that taking off the top airfeed pipe does? That seemed to lose torque.

Well as long as you don't smooth the front like you did the c2 it'll look good with your plans IMO.

Mikeofthequays: can you tell the difference with the ride height at all? OP: I've got a non cup packed 182, and it's ride is not soft or anything. The cup pack looks better due to wider track but that's only noticeable if you really look! Just find one you like, that's what we did.

Put a 182 engine in it and lower it over 182 wheels!! I had the idea ages ago!! Seriously tho, looks nice and does the job. Tho my 182 does for 2 kids!!!

Looks really nice. Silver wheels really suit the car. Did your car not have the cup suspension, if not are you running spacers? Cuz your wheels fill the arches nicely!! Tempted to decaf my standard exhaust now!! Which one was it please?

Re: Write Off! FJ05 UBG Blue 182 That's a shame, but driving like a kn8b will usually end in tears eventually. Hope all involved were ok.

Looks good, needs different wheels tho IMO. Have you just chopped the standard front plate down? At least the police should be ok with it.
