I'd be very happy with £3k. Get as close to that as you can. IMO, if you want any more for an eight year-old Clio on 90k miles, then you're dreaming.

Definitely hold out for a better offer but don't expect them to shower you with additional fifties because your car is glittery gold. It means very little to an insurance company.

The truth is, Liquid Yellow isn't worth that much more. Certainly not in an insurer's eyes.

I give these some stick, but they're a decent motor really. That really does look superb though. Shame there's no 4-pot option for the front. It'd really finish them off. Red cars FTW.

Re: Ultra Red 200 ordered. The latter. Running in is for homos. Plus, the RS Monitor has an oil temp gauge. Handy. Once it's up to temp I'll get some load on it. It's doing Le Mans in June so it'll get it's first of many long distance spanks then.

I think Fiat need to recall these. Or maybe the drivers of them need to be banned. Either works.
