guy over the road from me, it had been in his garage for like 18months and i was walking past one day and spotted it knocked on his door asked what was up with it offerd him £35 (as a joke offer) and he accepted! :D the new engine has only got 60k on it too :approve:

well atm its cost me £35 for the car £60 for the engine £20 for the alloys refurb £?? new belts got a gearbox for £40 (needs fitted) need a tail gate and rear bumper but im holding out on the bumpers etc as i might turn it into a ph1 rep :D

its my mini project/runaround she will be gleaming once im done :o

Needed a new engine though :o but i got that for £60 and fitted myself and thers 94k on the clock, i just got it as a run around

Nah not yet, no time really had 30mins spare so i threw these on lol i noticed that im gonna take a look tomorrow but it was fine when i checked it :S thanks and yeah i will be coz the ride is practically solid!

Dont have any before pics as i forgot :o but every1 knows how high a car sits standard! Anyway got these from a mate of mine they are brand new (not sure on the make) they were just in a white box. All i know is that they are 60mm lowering springs. Its just on standard shocks for now till...

Right so im looking at a good £300 ish for the bumpers etc i can mayb get those sprayed by my dads mates, mate for about £150 then what ever it costs for the spacers... Hmmm :coffee:

i got my first years insurance for £500 with mods declared :o (3 weeks after i passed) and in my own name with dad as named driver. 2.5k seems way to much..

if u wernt so far away mate id have done it for you

yeah its a bit of a pain jst take the whole exhaust off (if u can) by removing the 2 10mm bolts holding it to the exhaust manifold. (id get some wd40 on them a few hours before as they are quite tight)

its worth a try mate thats one of the first things i would replace
