Both my 172 and 182 were fine,apart from a broken washer bottle on the 172 and a crank sensor on the 182

A bit off intrerferance from the engine noise i reckon

Cant you just get an uprated clutch. I remember getting into a cossie years ago with a paddle clutch and stalling 3 times before i set off.Really hard work,and ony useful on big power cars

I think the 197 will loosen up nicely over the course of a few miles
