sonus green is good for the top half of the car and light marks on the lower half you may find its not aggressive enough for the lower parts and more stubborn bits of cr*p, i use megs clay or sonus grey for the more stubborn/dirty parts. andy

yep as ad says the top three are your best bet ledas you are looking at around 1200/1300 +fitting and set up h&r's around 700 +fitting and set up gaz around 500 iirc +fitting and set up ive had gaz on mine for 2years with no problems :D they are perfect for my use which is fast road...

yes :) although when you get them matched they will both be to the same standard

mine has a noticeable improvement which can be backed up by all the 182/172 owners who have had a drive in it :D

gains are always going to be minimal for the money spent on the clio you pay a lot of ££ for a few brake with the 2.0 na :( compared to turbos

paul at rs tuning did mine pauls a top bloke and did a great job, price was good :) hes just got some rollers so you can get a before and after rolling road done as well :)

i paid benr 7 quid for 2 gaskets :)

vipers are good in the old noise department :D

yep as rich said you will probably need to replace the gasket if you are careful then you can get away with reusing the old one, but replacing it is the ideal thing to do

the little bits of mesh which are surrounded by the filter, all kits have em

if its a cheapo open kit then be careful, ali had a budget induction kit and the mesh fell apart and was sucked into the engine :(
