What I meant was that there are about 50,000 threads on here about when the cambelt & aux belt etc is due for a 172 so I was saying that it's the same as one of those (a 182) too.

The costs are the same as a 172.

As said most for that price will be on a higher mileage, but you may un earth a bargain., if you raise that budget a bit (say £500 extra) you'll be looking (hopefully) at better 182's. That said 6k will get you a minty mint 172 no probs.

They'd fit if you got the five stud hubs etc, dunno how expensive it would be though.
