Easiest polish/wax to get rid of swirls

476 will not bring out the gloss sadly buddy. HD is a much better option than 476.

    Best stuff for black plastic

Don't worry buddy, the stuff comes off very easily. Get a decent All Purpose Cleaner and strip the greasey product off and start again.

    Upgrade? Not FAO of Tom.

The reason I answered "Tom" in the Facebook "What do you like about CS" thing. Awesome.

    In the shopping basket....

Loller. But it's not about the speed, it's about the handling. Much like Clios, slow in a straight line but it's all about the handling... ;)

    The 9ine!

It does look very clean, but I just don't see what all the fuss is about with them.

As long as the snow foam is pH neutral there will be no issues with it stripping waxes. The same goes for the shampoo. I would personally swap out the NXT shampoo and go for something like Dodo Juice Born to be Mild.

Not at all. In fact it's perfect timing. Give it a pressure wash down, snow foam, wash TBM, pat dry and then wax once it's fully dry.

It's summer boyo, solid roof shizzle comes off for a few months, then back on again (as I prefer the looks with it on lol). Just realised "summer" does not compute for Northerner Northerners.

    In the shopping basket....

The exact reason I used/use Natty's Blue. £15, lasts as proven on DW and looks/smells fab. Farking easy to use as well.

Had a go wet sanding some scratches...

Looks good lad. I was worried you'd gone through the paint on the rear bumper, but if it's just haze that's fine. As Lew has suggested, 3000 grit might have been an idea to help combat the haze, but all in all very well. Not sure I would be wet sanding a Clio as it has such soft paint, but...

    Anyone used this?

I've not used the Apple one myself, but have used similar products and they do work very well.

    My first clio detail

Lovely, well done. Quick note, get some WD40 on an old rag and clean the splitter as the white polish marks detract from the overall excellent work you've put in. And ditch the Mer(der) polish.
