lost all connection to bb few mins ago so i had to put both filters back on, so now i'm back to 4 filters. WTF is going on if i loose the filters it causes havic with my loss of connection and interfierance with the phone line

i had to put 1 of the filter back on as the phone was crackling also when someone was on the phone i lost my bb connection

i've now took out the filter on pic 3, still getting bb connection without those 3 filters

i've removed the 1st filter in pic 1 aslo i removed the 4th filter same as pic 3 i remember what tiscali said they said to put a filter where there is a phone line in the house, what i've done is the opp what they said, i removed 2 of them i cant tell yet im getting disconected and reconected yet

so is there a solution to this problem?

how does it work if i were to cancel tiscali? also will i be left with no bb untill the new router comes?

i've got 3 filters used, one or two are not directly in the socket itself but it is wired if you know what i mean

Since day one my connection disconects and reconects itself few times a day every day for eg on messenger and other web pages i got to log back in is this normal for tiscali, i rang them and they say the line is fine ' so they say'. i'm on ADSL
