^ sounds to me like your mate is talking about the illegal bulbs they sell on ebay tbh, some on there are silly bright & look crap (also blinds other motorists too:mad: ) Other than that get a set from powerbulbs, they sell legal stuff on there that looks good. Or as said go for a HID kit.

Try powerbulbs.com tbh though most places charge over a tenner per pair of them, unless you get the cheap snidey ones from ebay etc.
