bout 15:30 had a few people in the car, i was heading back home of the meet the car was going the opp direction

Saw this car while i was coming out of my villiage heading towards Durham, a guy was driving it was going the other way towards conset it was a blue one, i got a shock seeing it i allmost had an accident down below
