Ye and if you phone your dealers they will tell you its 18,000 miles even though you tell em its a 172, I had to tell my dealer when it should be serviced. its is 12,000 miles or 2 years for the 172/Cup/V6, everything other clio is 18,000

try contacting k-tec, and yes I believe if the sbend is smaller, then it will restrict the flow.

Why is a silver cup a wannebe ? its still a cup.. just painted in different colours. Jeez, oh no my car is now available in a different colour.. shock horror. Personally though I think they should have offered ABS and not Aircon as an option.

Make sure you have the sensitivity adjusted correctly, I drove back from london to edinburgh and it would only wipe when I went past a big truck, it was on its most insensitive setting. Now I set it too most sensitive it works great.

Who cares what it looks like, it will still beat most other cars off a set of lights.

The banging noise in first is one of the problems I have, had it since I got it.. took it in and renault fix was, stop accelerating hard.. great I buy a 172 only to use 10% throttle all the time. Someone just posted a thread entitled axle tramp about it, although as BenR kindly pointed out...

nah thats too much hassle, i think im gonna get a set of uni-spokes next. However my recommendation would be superleggeras, cause you will save some weight and get a nice looking wheel.

It is deffo the starter, sound like the solenoid is not engaging properly. Take it to renault and get them to fit a new starter, you cant really just replace the solanoid nowadays as they are generally integrated into one another.

try wrapping a bit insulating tape around the pole then re-attach the gearnob, that should stop metal on metal or metal on wood vibration.
